For each school leader you work with, you will have a Group set up in the Portico site that includes you, the school leader, and a Portico Facilitator. You will use the discussion forum for this group to communicate agenda items, prompts, and resources with the School Leader. Examples of how you can set up agendas in the discussion forum can be found in this appendix. You can also tag the Portico Facilitator in messages if you need any follow up from them.
With agendas for these 1:1 meetings, we want to strike a balance between keeping momentum going throughout the year and at the same time give space for coaches and leaders to build relationships and have meaningful conversations.
Coaches can bring in resources from Toolkit, or their own experience.
