Coach Calibration
Portico Coaches come together once a month for virtual Coach Calibration Meetings to continue to build relationships as a coaching team, discuss problems of practice, problem solve challenges, and collaboratively plan for the coming month(s). Coaches Joann Hulquist and Jocelyn Bigay will be leading the Coach Calibration meetings with support from the Portico team.
While we strongly encourage and expect coaches to make every effort to attend the sessions, if you are not able to attend for any reason, we will record portions of the session and will connect with you individually to make sure you receive any important updates. You may be asked to contribute to the topics of conversation and provide written responses asynchronously.
