Digital Portfolio

Building on the work in 2023-24, Portico coaches will be asked to complete a Digital Coach Portfolio. The portfolios will showcase growth and learning and allow space for reflection and sharing of best practices. The portfolio is still under development; more information and details will be provided as we roll out the portfolios this year. The Digital Coach Portfolio will include the following:

  • Complete Portico Coach (Re)Orientation Module 
  • Provide examples of Copilot coaching (agenda examples that include a reflection from the coach). These examples will demonstrate:
    1. Evidence of integration of coaching aligned to the Inflexion Navigation System
    2. Evidence of annual goal setting with leader and progress monitoring
    3. Evidence of using Toolkit activities
    4. Evidence of notes, follow-up, and next steps for leaders.
  • Record a Copilot session and rewatch and reflect on your coaching using the following prompts:
    1. Provide a brief description of your coaching conversation for context;
    2. Describe the coaching skills and strategies that were effective for you in this Copilot. How do you know they were effective? Provide examples; and
    3. Share observations or insights you have about your coaching. What areas would you like to grow or develop further?
  • Complete mid-year and end-of-year coach reflections
