The Four Keys to College and Career Readiness provide a framework for schools to evaluate and redefine the skills that students need to be successful after high school. The Four Keys—Think, Know, Act, and Go—emphasize critical thinking, collaboration, leadership, and other 21st century skills, in addition to the content knowledge that is traditionally over-emphasized in education.

Watch this four-minute video for an introduction to the Four Keys. Then, reflect on the relevance of the Four Keys as they relate to the Inflexion Approach. How might you use this framework when working with a leader on a holistic vision for readiness?
