Refuel & Recharge: Empowering Leaders and Building Inclusive Support Systems

November 14 @ 4:00 pm 5:00 pm PST

Presented by: Ken Parshall, David Brazer, and Ling Deng

As we head toward the holiday season, educators and leaders are often at their most depleted. This workshop offers a chance to refuel, recharge, and reignite your passion for education. You’ll leave this workshop feeling re-energized and equipped with practical tools to lead with compassion and navigate the remainder of the semester with strength. This interactive and supportive environment allows you to connect with colleagues, share best practices, and develop a renewed sense of purpose.

In this workshop, we will explore:

  • How to build a culture of empowerment where both leaders and teachers feel supported and valued.
  • How inclusive leadership practices foster collaboration and shared responsibility.

By participating, you will be ready to:

  • Apply strategies for self-care to combat stress and maintain well-being.
  • Design and develop a network of support within your school community
