From Vision to System: Aligning Supports for Cohesive Student Readiness

This workshop explores how a clearly articulated shared vision can transform student experiences across school and district systems. Participants will examine how to align schoolwide supports—during and beyond the school day—with a unifying purpose for student readiness. Through real-world examples and collaborative dialogue, this session will highlight how intentional structures, from classroom practices to district initiatives, can reflect and reinforce a collective vision that empowers all students through large group, small group, and individualized opportunities.

In this workshop we will explore:

How a shared vision can guide and unify student supports across classrooms, schools, and districts
Ways to intentionally design in- and out-of-school experiences that align with a common purpose for student readiness
Examples of systems and practices that embed shared vision into daily structures and long-term planning

By participating, you will be ready to:

Integrate shared purpose into both instructional and non-instructional practices
Strengthen collaboration across roles to ensure all students are supported through diverse and purposeful opportunities
