- How to identify the core values and beliefs that will serve as the foundation for your school community.
- How to craft a clear set of goals that encompass academic, social, and emotional well-being for all students.
- Strategies to engage all stakeholders (teachers, staff, families, students, and the broader community) in building a shared identity.
