Grounded in principles of social justice, cultural relevance, and restorative practices, it challenges deficit-based thinking and embraces asset-based approaches to support every learner. Led by Carmen Gelman, a dynamic facilitator whose energy and lived experience inspire deep connection, participants will explore how to create school climates that affirm students’ identities, prioritize their unique needs, and empower them to thrive.
