Students need to be able to see that the school’s shared student outcomes are relevant to what they are learning throughout each day and how that learning is preparing them for their future. One way to embed your shared student outcomes into your instructional design is to use reflective practices. This should be something that your community can embrace and begin to use regularly so the simpler the better!
