I presently serve as a leadership coach and school improvement consultant.  My most recent prior role was as the Superintendent of Jefferson County School District in Central Oregon.  Prior roles included Assistant Superintendent of Salem-Keizer Schools and serving as the principal of Crook County Middle School, Crook County High School, McNary High School, McKay High School, and Warm Springs K-8 Academy.  In total, I have 17 years of experience as a principal.

While my teams experienced success in each school, my most impactful experiences were at McKay High and Warm Springs K8 Academy with the support of a federal School Improvement Grant (SIG).
