I’ve worked in education research, evaluation, and assessment for about 13 years. I started as an evaluation assistant at Edvantia before being promoted to a evaluation associate. After 5 years, Edvantia was acquired by McREL. I served as an evaluation associate and then a principal evaluator at McREL before going back to school to get my doctorate. While I was pursuing my doctorate, I worked as a graduate assistant in the Center for Assessment and Research Studies (CARS) at James Madison University (JMU). After graduating, I served as a consultant for CARS and Office of Environmental Stewardship and Sustainability at JMU. I served in a one-year faculty appointment with dual appointment in graduate psychology and with CARS. I’ve working with Inflexion since 2015, and I am currently a a principal researcher on the Edulytix team.
