School leaders are bombarded with lots of tasks, reacting to emergencies and burdened with an immense pressure of having to make decisions and dealing with the impact of those decisions. My hope is that school leaders will see the value in spending time together in the co-pilot or counterpart structures and the opportunities that will come from this Journey. The light that school leaders have will not only continue, but will be brighter than ever through the coaching opportunities we will experience together.
