  1. The leadership team is a collection of key influencers within and throughout the school community.

  2. Decision-making practices are well-known, used, and involve consensus-building processes.

  3. All community members including students, families, staff, and the wider community contribute to crucial decisions.

  4. Priority is given to students facing opportunity disparities in all schoolwide decisions.

  5. Decision making includes students and families who are socially disadvantaged as well as those whose voices are typically not heard.
