Ready to build your dream team and create a collaborative school culture where everyone thrives? In this workshop, we'll dive into designing a hiring process to reflect your school's unique identity and help you move from “me” to “we”. We'll guide you through creating a process that attracts candidates who not only understand your vision for student success, but actively contribute to it.
Effective communication is the cornerstone of a thriving school community. It's the bridge that connects staff, students, families, and the wider community, fostering collaboration and a shared sense of purpose. Yet, navigating both formal and informal communication channels can be a complex task.
This workshop equips educators to transform student feedback collection from a passive exercise to a cornerstone of decision-making. We'll explore how to gather student input effectively, disaggregate data to identify diverse needs, and use student voice to inform individual and programmatic decisions.

Coakley, a coach for school leaders within the Inflexion community and Superintendent of Multnomah Education Service District (ESD). With over a decade of diverse educational leadership experience, Dr. Coakley will share his perspective on navigating complex challenges within school communities.
