In this workshop we’ll explore:
- How rituals and routines like morning greetings, class check-ins, or closing circles can build a sense of predictability, safety, and knowing within the school environment while fostering a sense of belonging.
- Creative ways to design inclusive and meaningful start- or end-of-year celebrations that reflect your school routines and rituals, fostering a sense of community and accomplishment.
By participating in this workshop you will be ready to:
- Design effective routines and rituals that build student-to-student and student-to-staff connections.
- Foster stronger family partnerships through shared routines and rituals.
- Plan inclusive and engaging rituals and routines for your school community.
