Sara Ticer has been a teacher, school counselor, K-5 and K-8 principal, and an elementary education director. She currently serves as an education consultant in the areas of leadership coaching and school improvement work in rural schools and districts in Oregon. Sara has experience in implementing multi-tiered systems of support and collaborative teaming to advance student learning. She has extensive experience in school improvement work and assisting leaders to implement systems, improve instructional practices, and improve student learning outcomes. Her passion lies in supporting and coaching school leaders and teams to create powerful school change that betters the lives of all students. She strongly believes that the success of each student needs to be at the heart of every decision. Sara earned a Master’s Degree in Education and Administrator License from the University of Oregon and a Master’s Degree in Counseling from Oregon State University.
