Invest in Coaching

The most important part of Portico is one-on-one coaching. You will meet monthly with your coach in a virtual one-hour Copilot coaching session.

Our approach helps develop an understanding of what it takes to build a school that serves all kids well and stay focused on a shared vision for readiness that is holistic to create systems change. Portico coaches help school leaders solve problems through systemic change.

Get to know our coaches and identify three that you think would be a good fit for helping you achieve your goals. If you are returning to Portico, you will have first priority placement with your coach from last year.
