With a diverse career journey spanning from the trading floor to the classroom, Tracy Piper’s trajectory embodies a commitment to learning and growth. Transitioning from stockbroker to math teacher, she discovered a passion for education beyond content delivery. As a middle and high school educator, she delved into the intricacies of fostering relationships and implementing effective procedures and routines to support all students.
Her foray into coaching began early, catalyzed by training in Cognitive Coaching, propelling her into roles as an Alternative, Middle, and High school administrator. Throughout her doctoral studies, she explored methodologies like Appreciative Inquiry and Non-Violent Communication, enriching her approach to leadership.
As a district administrator, she honed skills in budgeting, grant management, and stakeholder collaboration, leveraging technology to monitor initiatives. With experiences in both Southern California and Chicago, Tracy brings a breadth of perspective to her work.
